What shape should I look for this to trun in to stage 4 liver and lung cancer?

I need to know what help I will need for him at home how much pain and over all can this be done at home as we have money and no insurance.The kemo is very costily already but we have the funds .we have many homes so were over the poor rate. just how bad will this be ?will he die in pain or very fast
